To support the Task Force on Women in
Engineering (TF-WIE) set up by Headquarters of the Hong Kong Institution of
Engineers (HKIE), the Building Services Division (BSD) establishes the Women in
Building Services Engineering (WBSE) Group recently to echo the theme and
provide a platform to facilitate the development of WIE in BS field.
The first gathering for WBSE would be a
happy hour sharing with stories from different Building Services aspects:
Academia, Consultants, Contractors, Government Sectors, Public Utilities etc,
with challenges, difficulties, tears and joy that women engineers face
throughout their careers.
Please come to join us and listen to the
different stories and share with us your ideas too.
